Steven Ray Hall is a leadership coach, teacher and mentor with over 40 years of business and ministry experience.
For the past five years, he has taught leadership and personal development to men in prison, helping them discover their purpose and step into leadership.
His conviction is simple: a man does not need to be perfect to lead. He needs to be willing.

Join us in bringing faith, structure and brotherhood to men in their most critical season.

For four decades I built systems and fixed broken companies. By every measure it was success. Then I started teaching leadership inside a maximum-security prison, week after week, to men the world had written off. I watched them find their purpose and start leading other men from inside a cell. If purpose can take root there, it can take root in your home, your office and your church.

The Cornerstone Movement brings this same leadership curriculum inside the walls and into reentry programs, with facilitator guides and kits for chaplains and volunteers.
